Jim Wright is the founder and President of Residential Designed Solutions, Inc., a residential design firm specializing in distinct, one-of-a-kind home designs based on each client’s desires and lifestyle needs. Jim’s “client-centric” philosophy and personal style ensures a home design that is unique to each and every individual client. Jim’s background in the homebuilding industry is extensive. He’s been involved in many facets of the building industry, including estimating, design, construction management, and homebuilding. Jim’s experience has had a direct and positive impact on his business today and will have a bottom line impact on your project budget. He truly understands the entire building process, which means a consultative approach that is tailored to your specific homebuilding project, working with your builder and other team professionals. Always active in his profession, Jim is involved with and has been the leader within many organizations. He served as the AIBD-Ohio Society President, District Examiner and National Secretary-Treasurer for the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC), has been an executive committee member of the AIBD, and has served two terms as National President of the American Institute of Building Design. |
