Our process is simple. Each client that works with Residential Designed Solutions is acknowledged as a distinct individual—with one of a kind passions, wishes and desires. All meetings are face to face so we can hear and see first hand, your aspirations and vision for your home.
After an initial informational client interview, we put pencil to paper and begin the design of your home. Throughout a series of design meetings, we also discover the unique details of your home site, and how the site will work best with your home.
The final part of the process is the creation of the construction documents and your construction consultation. Your dream on paper can now become reality. We encourage the involvement of your other homebuilding team professionals in the process as early as possible. We welcome their input and knowledge.
