Jim Wright
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Jim has been all over the place, serving on national and local boards and committees throughout the building industry, and collecting many awards for the excellence of his design work. He really listens to the needs of our clients and works tirelessly to deliver beautiful AND functional designs. A man of integrity, Jim truly embodies the values RDS was built on. We’re proud to have him as our founder and leader.
When he’s not working, Jim enjoys relaxing with Regina, his wife of 45 years, spending time with his daughters and sons-in-law, and keeping up with his two grandchildren. Running, playing, drawing: there isn’t a thing he won’t do to put a smile on their faces.

Dominic Luppino

Don’t let his quietness fool you; With 35 years experience both in the office and the field under his belt, there isn’t much in this business that Dominic hasn’t been into at least knee deep. Drafting and design, code analysis, cost estimating and on-site project management, he truly understands what is needed to manage the details and construction process and his versatility makes him an invaluable asset to the RDS team and our clients.
Born and raised a Buckeye, Dominic enjoys spending time with family; hiking, biking and traveling to experience new places. He uses his creativity outside the office too; one of his hobbies is painting!

With over 20 years experience in the industry, Erik excels at incorporating creative thinking and problem solving into the design process. He is the true definition of a team player and his strengths really compliment the team, enabling us to continue to produce the quality projects we are known for.
Erik likes to spend his time outside the office actually outside, hiking and taking in the great outdoors whenever he can. And if he can’t be outdoors, he’s likely appreciating his substantial vinyl record collection.

lauren Givens
marketing & Business Development Manager
Lauren grew up in the building industry and started visiting job sites and walking through framed houses early on. Educated in graphic design and marketing, she worked in real estate for several years before coming to RDS. You’ll often find Lauren, coffee and notebook in hand, ready to tackle the next thing on her long to-do list. With an interest in creating efficiencies and adding revenue streams, Lauren is constantly reading and researching new and better ways to get to the finish line.
A self-proclaimed lover of “all things Ohio” and handwritten notes, Lauren also loves to cook, and spend time with her close-knit family.
