These sketches are for a builder client of ours. We’re designing a 2 story home with over 3,600 SqFt. It features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The finished lower level includes a 5thbedroom, perfect for guests, a space for parents, or a teenager’s dream room. The kitchen features a 10’ long kitchen island, creating an entertainer’s dream, since we all know the real party is always in the kitchen! 10ft ceilings add drama and space to the home.
